Plumbing and Drain Clogs
Toilet Not Draining
If your toilet isn't draining when flushed, you may be able to fix the problem using a plunger. Push the plunger over the drain and work it up and down. Do not flush your toilet during this process; if it works properly, it should drain on its own.
If other drains aren't working properly in your unit, you likely need to clean debris from the pipe. Hardware stores often sell drain cleaning tools you can use to do this.
Don't have power? Before you call us, contact your electricity provider. There may be a simple explanation, like bad weather or construction in your area. There could also be a problem with your account, in turn restricting access.
Hot Water Outages
If there is a water heater in your unit, locate the tank and check the settings on the side. You may need to reset the tank or check that the pilot light is lit (if using gas).
If there is no heater in your rental, contact us.
A/C or Heat Problems
If you don't have heat or air conditioning in your property, check the central thermostat settings before making a repair request.
