A: We maintain a 24 hour emergency line for maintenance emergencies and any items
that can’t wait until business hours.
Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, well over 95% of our owners use our direct deposit feature.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: Yes. We have helped dozens of our clients sell their homes when the time came.
Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: Depending on your service plan, your owner draw will be processed between
the 5th-10th of the month and will be put into your account via direct deposit.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: 90% of our tenants pay their rent online through our free tenant portal. The
rest mail a check that is deposited to the bank.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: It depends on the property and the circumstances, but most of the time, 12 months.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: It depends on the applicants and the property, but usually one months’ deposit.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: Depending on your circumstances, once the PMA is signed, we can have your property
in our system within 24 hours. Once the property is rent ready, we have it on the market
within 48 hours.
Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage residential properties up to 15 units and small commercial centers.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: You will receive monthly owner statement and a year end summary for your accountant.
